The Loft Conversion / Extension Build Process

  Consultation:

We will arrange to visit your home at a time that is convenient to you to discuss your requirements. You will receive a quote usually within 1 week of our visit. If you are happy with the quote we will proceed with the design and planning.

  Design & Planning:

At Pinnacle loft conversions we have streamlined the design process and have in-house architects that produce detailed drawings of your proposed loft conversion. The plans are then submitted to your local authority for approval. With our specialist knowledge of loft conversions we ensure the fastest possible planning process.

  Build:

We produce a detailed schedule and timeline for the build process. This ensures that the build goes as smoothly as possible with minimal disruption and to a very high standard.
