Q. How long will the work take to complete?
A. From commencement of work until completion
for an average sized home will normally take 4 to 6 weeks.
Q. Will I need building plans for my loft conversion?
A. Yes. It will need to be planned professionally
to ensure that your loft conversion conforms to Local Authority Building
Regulations. Here at Pinnacle we have our own architects who will
visit you and produce plans to the highest standards and specifications
to meet with current legislations.
Q. Will I require planning permission for my loft conversion?
A. Planning permission may be required for your development,
when our surveyor visits they will be able to advise you. Most conversions
or extensions will require the project to meet Building Regulations.
Q. Can the quality of the work be guaranteed?

insurance backed guarantee which can be offered at the time of contract.

property and your requirements so the cost would vary from each project.
Once you have accepted your quotation there will be no extra cost
unless you request further works or your existing services need upgrading.
