Q. Can my loft be converted?

Q. Do you offer a complete service?

A. Yes. We have been established for over 30 years and offer a highly personalised service from conception to completion.

Q. How long will the work take to complete?

A. From commencement of work until completion for an average sized home will normally take 6 to 8 weeks.

Q. Will I need building plans for my loft conversion?

A. Yes. It will need to be planned professionally to ensure that your loft conversion conforms to Local Authority Building Regulations.
Here at Pinnacle loft conversions we have our own architects who will visit you and produce plans to the highest standards and specifications to meet with current legislations.

Q. Will I require planning permission for my loft conversion?

A. Planning permission will be required if you have exceeded your permitted development allowance, when our surveyor visits they will be able to advise you. Most conversions will require the project to meet Building Regulations.

Q. Can the quality of the work be guaranteed?

A. Yes. We can offer a FMB MasterBond insurance backed guarantee which can be offered at the time of contract. We are members of the Federation of Master Builders, the Guild of Master Craftsmen and the European Builders Confederation. Your work will be carried out by skilled professional tradesmen.

Q. Are you insured?

A. Yes. We carry Public Liability Insurance and our plumbers and electricians are Corgi and NICEIC registered.

Q. Can we live in the house whilst the work is being carried out?

A. Yes. We ensure that there will be the minimum level of disruption to your family.

Q. Can I see a completed loft conversion?

A. Yes. We would arrange for you to see one of our recently converted lofts at the home of one of our many satisfied customers.



Q. How much will my loft conversion cost?

A. Each loft conversion would be individual to the property and your requirements so the cost would vary from each project. Once you have accepted your quotation there will be no extra cost unless you or the District Surveyor request further works or your existing services need upgrading. Our surveyor will discuss your requirements when he visits.

Q. Do you carry out other works?

A. We at pinnacle loft conversions pride ourselves on every job we undertake and guarantee satisfaction. We undertake other works which include; extensions, conservatories, design / planning services (including planning approvals), general building, roofing, plumbing and heating installation, electrical installation, carpentry joinery (bespoke) including staircases, tiling and decoration.
