Contact us for your initial free feasibility survey to arrange an appointment for your loft conversion estimator to visit and discuss your requirements, they will give advice
on what the most suitable conversion would be for your property and answer any questions you may have.
You will then receive your
quotation detailing the scope of works involved to create a loft conversion
tailored to suit your personal needs. The next step once you have
accepted our quotation will be for our architect to draw up draft
plans for your approval. Once approved by yourselves the plans will
then be submitted to the Local Authority for planning approval.
We then move to a building stage where a standard loft conversion
will be completed in approximately 4-6 weeks by Pinnacle's qualified
and registered tradesmen.
A ten-year insurance backed
warranty is also available.
